Return Request

In the following section, you can submit a request for the return of your purchase, which can be done at any time and for any reason.

We are sorry that you have to proceed in this section, but we remain at your complete disposal should you wish to receive clarification regarding the problem you encountered. If the product did not convince you, take a look at our store and contact us, we will be happy to offer you an alternative to make up for your disappointment. If the problem is of a qualitative nature or it is not what you ordered, we assure you that we will do our best to remedy our mistake as quickly as possible, giving priority to your new order.

Please follow these simple instructions to submit your request:

 

  1. The request must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the order, using the form below.
  2. The product must not be damaged, washed or used and must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, including labels and packaging. Please make sure that the packaging properly protects the product.
  3. For further information, please read the general conditions.

If the return conditions described above are not deemed suitable, it will not be possible to make the return.

  • Date the product was received

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ALSO VALID FOR REPLACEMENT. 

The product must be returned intact, without any sign of wear or other damage, in its original packaging, including any accessories and the ORIGINAL TAX DOCUMENT WITHIN 14 DAYS from receipt of the goods (Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999 and subsequent amendments and additions).

The refund will be issued ONLY after our inspection of the return conditions at our premises – SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED (in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999 and subsequent amendments and additions).

Under no circumstances will cash on delivery returns be accepted

In case of replacement, the cost of sending the return is borne by the Customer. The shipping costs for the replacement product are entirely at our expense.

Replacement of products sold abroad: EXCEPTION: the shipping costs of footwear abroad for the replacement shall be borne by the customer

In case of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 10 days from receipt of goods (EU Directive 2011/83)

The order sent by the Customer has contractual value. An online order is as binding as a “traditional” contract and is governed by the same legal provisions regarding contracts between parties and by specific laws (Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 implementing Directive 83/2011/EU).
By submitting the order, the buyer declares to be informed and to have understood and to fully and unconditionally accept the “terms and conditions of purchase”, as well as what is indicated, described (including technical data of the product) and/or posted and edited on the site.
