Information on Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Our socks are produced according to "EU standard" parameters.
In case of doubt about the size to order, the standard parameters provided by our size chart can be taken into consideration.
1) The prices shown include the current VAT
2) Any invoicing must be expressly requested at the time of the order. If an invoice is not requested, the goods will be shipped with a Fiscal Receipt or equivalent (art. 22 of DPR 633/72)
3) Time required for production is about ... working days from the date the payment is credited (Saturdays and holidays are not counted in the processing time).
4) For large quantity orders or with special requirements, the timing must be agreed upon.
5) Processing will begin on the working day following the date the payment is credited.
6) In case of shipment to an address different from the residence or domicile address visible on the doorbell/intercom (e.g. workplace or other place), it is MANDATORY to indicate "C/O" (e.g. Mario Rossi c/o Company xxxx, via ... etc). We decline all responsibility for shipping issues caused by incorrect and/or incomplete addresses or absence of the recipient. Costs and charges incurred by us for any issues caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses will be fully charged to the customer.
7) Normally, we include the recipient's phone number on the shipping documents. Please note that the courier is not required to call (usually calls only in case of particularly difficult locations and in the absence of a street number). For "by appointment" delivery, a specific paid service is available (Euro 4.00)
8) Shipping addresses and phone numbers ARE NOT STORED and are not given to databases or similar for any reason or purpose.
9) The perception/resolution of colors on the web depends, as is known, on the video card installed on each PC, which may vary by brand and model, the monitor, and the color profile settings used. The colors of the products in the catalog are therefore, obviously, to be considered purely indicative and as a general guideline.
10) All orders are subject to our approval and confirmation.
11) We reserve the right to request documentation proving "contractual capacity" (legal age).
12) We reserve the right to cancel orders even if previously accepted and confirmed by us (notifying the customer and making a full and immediate refund of the amount paid and nothing else, if and when the payment has already been made and credited) for technical reasons, force majeure, as well as commercial and/or administrative reasons, for which we will not have to provide any explanation, which in our opinion present or suggest the emergence of conditions as a result of which our economic, commercial and/or image interests of any kind, nature, and type could be harmed, without the Customer being able to make any claims or rights of any kind, for any reason.
